Do you believe in "Hot" and "Cold" dealers or any other superstitions?

Just curious. I notice that some people say there are no such things as a hot or cold dealer and base their answers on statistics, while others swear that it exists. I guess my question is, say you found a good game (whether it be single deck, shoe whatever, good penetration and rules), but while observing a specific dealer you notice that he is flipping 20s and 21s hand after hand even during positive counts. Would you still jump in or would you seek out another dealer? I know it may sound silly, but I've come across people that believe in it and just wondering what your thoughts are to it and how you would respond. Thanks
