DHME count

Hi all, I have been trying for quite some time now to get info on this DHME count. I understand how the count works and how to bet with it, my problem is with indices and how to use them being that this is a multi dimensional count. I cannot find the original system book anywhere....any help would be greatly appreciated....thanks
