dealer tipping

What u think about dealer tipping?
Just yesterday dealer asked me if i card counter ,have i vist another casinos and so on and it would be nice if i tip her.
I tip her eventually ,becaouse i win .
I know that cardcouner cannot tip becaouse it is against his strategy.
But can dealer influence pit boss ,that he hes "bad guy" or opposite way.
Youre tip like bribery dealer to have your profile clean?
