dealer statistics

Hello everybody,

I'm just taking a closer look to card steering. For that purpose, I'm interested in statistics on how many cards a dealer will have to hit on average depending on his up card (assuming I'm sitting immediately to the left of the dealer, playing two hands, I would like to steer an ace or ten to one of my two hands). Are there any good sources on that topic? Sorry for my horrible English.
