Crush-count experts: A question to playing efficiency 11 vs 10

I am so lucky to play in a game offering the over/under 13 bet and use the crush count to decide. I cannot count alone 2 different counts, so I only concentrate my mind to the crush count to decide if to bet over/under or not and play basic strategy at the box. My assumption is now: Because the crush count counts 10s as positive and aces as negative it should have a good correlation in decisions whether to double 11 against a 10 or not, especially because it is a ENHC game. Am I right? And who knows index numbers? Thanks and best Regards.
