COUNTING SYSTEMS

I have been playing blackjack for a couple of years and do ok.My question is I currently use the hi/lo counting system.I am reading the book blackjack for blood and it talks about the Omega II counting system.Does anyone use this system and do you think it would be beneficial to use as opposed to the hi/lo.
