Counting - Omega

Hi, I use the Omega II count and evertything is fine, I just cant figure out how to vary my bets according to the system.

The book has wierd charts, which are not really excact. For example it says to bet >2 if running count is +7 and 2 decks remaining.

How much is >2, shall i bet 3, 4, 5 ? What if count is +15 and 2 decks remaining.

Can anyone give me a rule of thumb?
