Counting At the Tables

I appreciate all the responses to my last question, I got some very useful information. I'd like to see if I can get some input from ya'll again. When your counting at the tables, what do you feel is the easiest way to count the cards? As they are dealt or once they are on the table? If, once they are dealt, does it seem more obvious counting that way or looking at the whole table once their all down. Which is the best camouflage? Thanks Again.
