Composition-dependent BS for (10, 2) vs. 4???

According to Wong in "Basic Blackjack," you should hit this hand only in single-deck games. BJmath.com says you should hit it with 6 or less decks with S17 and 2 or less decks with H17. In "Blackjack Bluebook," Fred Renzey says you should hit it with 6 or less decks regardless. Who is correct?
