It was in response to Barbie concerning streaks.
Today at AdvantagePlayer.com concerning Methods of lowering variance.
It basically was the same post with more elaboration. I'm still waiting to see if it gets past the moderator.

If it isn't posted, then I'll post it here and you be the judge as to how restrictive some of these sites really are in censoring what their readers can see.
