Casinos new to BJ

For all you sports fans, Arizona has just legalized blackjack in the tribal casinos. There are 17 casinos and they can have 100 tables per location. All of the casinos are scrambling to get staff but with up to 3,000 needed throughout the state pickings are slim. A large compliment of their staff will be inexperienced break-ins, hummmmm! Would you think that would represent opportunity for a pro-player?
