Casino Morongo Question

Hi, I'm new to this forum and I was wondering if somebody could tell me how many decks Morongo uses, and what their penetration rate is. I thought it was six but I'm just double checking. Also, I use the KO count system and I was wondering what you're supposed to do when the dealer throws out the first card after every shuffle, and the changing of dealer shifts. Are you supposed to change the initial running count due to this (i.e. add or subtract one from the count)? Thanks for your time guys!
