Case dismissed, Taveras v. Resorts Casino

The case is dismissed without a trial by Justice Bumb. The Judge had previously worked 10 years for a law firm which is in casinos' pockets. How could this conflict-of-interest-Judge be assigned to this case, and had the case dismissed? This seems like a case in which NJ Court is in cohorts with casinos... Read more about it in here:
