Cards Dealt/Hand

Working on a betting system, I am requesting input concerning the average number of cards dealt (using Basic Strategy)per player in a normal BJ game. I have worked on this myself but would like the numbers of other researchers. In this, I am including the dealer as a participant in each hand, as in an actual game.
