"California" No Bust Blackjack: beatable??

I live in Los Angeles and was looking for some places closer to home to play blackjack, and there are a lot of casinos around here like Hustler, Commerce, and Hollywood Park that feature "no bust" blackjack (with jokers). This game sounded suspect to me, but it would save the long drive to vegas, so i was wondering if anyone had run sims on it or if there was a way to count it/beat it. Thanks
