Caesars LV circa 2000 - 2001

anyone recall offhand when caesars grave shift ran circa 2001? 4 am to noon, right? i'm working on my memoirs (for the grandkids!) and a certain scene hangs on this detail.

also: there was that spate of backroomings and nonsense and Inspector White, etc., beginning with the PPE purchase. some of you may have had experiences. anyone willing to share, either via the board or in private? i am interested in more accounts of potentially unlawful activity on the part of caesars palace employees. if you have anything like that, please drop a line.

thanks!
