BUY someone's Surrander !!!

in negative count, i just wong-in. and there is a guy bet 1,000 . he had 13 VS.9. He surrander, I thought about to give him 500, and got his hand. so if i lose, i will lose 500, if i push, i win 500. and if i win, i will win 1500. IS it a good deal? but i didnt'' do it, becuase it was 1000, too much. and I dont want to do something TOO special like this to attract peoples eyeballs.

BUT I always think BUY player's 13,14 VS. 9,10 Surrander is a good deal. EVEN in some COUNT as long as it is not TOO HIGH< AM I RIGHT? SHALL I do it in the future?

Also, in Negative COUNT, Player want to take EVEN MONEY< i wanted to BUY their BLACKJACK.
