book question

Can anyone tell me if the following books are worth buying?

"Blackjack and the Law" by Rose and Loeb

"How to Detect Casino Cheating at Blackjack" by Zender

I notice Rose and Loeb is in the bj21 catalog, so that's one vote of confidence.

Thanks for your time.
