blackjack slot machines

i need to know if a blackjack machine I am playing is legitimate.i play at an Indian casino with the following rules.
BJ pays 3-2, double down on any 2 cards, split pairs once, double down after splitting except aces. 4 decks, shuffle after 80 cards, late surrender. This game is a .534 loser according to Wong's charts. i have put through $350,000 in action with a loss of $9,513 average bet of $20. this is a loss of 2.67% which in all probability is almost impossible.

i need to know if they can program a blackjack machine to pay less than the true odds.
