Hey guys, I came across with some interesting court papers written by the Blackjack Queen [BQ]. These are much better than the one written by the newspapers.
BQ sued casinos for $20mils. BQ said that she would gamble several days without the use of restroom (did she unload under the table?). She implied that the Devil got & hooked her in the game. During the weekend of 9/20/05 she lost $150,000. After that big loss, she was barred from Resorts Casino because she refused to sign the casino��s ��hold-harmless statement��. Later she got disbarred as a NY lawyer due to gambling problems. Thereafter she said that Resorts conspired with other out-of-state-casinos to make her lose more money. Thus she sued in Federal Court rather than State Court under the RICO Statute for inter-state-wrongdoings. Hmmmm she may have a better chance to beat the casinos in U.S. court than N.J. court.
To U.S. Supreme Court: get ready to open your gate, here comes BQ with her roller skates along with powerful casinos.
