BJ is a people game and is for the short run. You got your EV in your hands at all times.
You just have to know how to grab it. You cannot play this game like a computer. Nobody can do it. Not even the late Kenny Uston, God rest him in peace!
The way the Basic Strategy and the theory of card counting is related to the game of BJ today, it has no defense strategy whatsoever. Any sound and same plan for battle got to have and exit strategy and a defense strategy. What is the defense strategy in blackjack? Hmm? ----- Im telling you what is it: NONE! ZERO!
If you win today any amount, then youve got to be able to GRAB the $$. The next time you start fresh with a bank a little bigger. But has got nothing to do with what has happen in the previous session. Now you start over and got to look for the next steal. Every time you start a new session your first priority is to figure out how and when you exit that particular session. In real life youve got to think that you actually want to start a new session but in the same time you really want to quit ASAP.
Now, this may sound to you weird, but is the only sure way to be a consistent winner in this game.
