BJ betting advantage under limit

Hello, I have a question regarding blackjack.
If the limit allowed to be placed is 200 minimum to 10,000 maximum and the rule stating that the casino advantage is none, (that means we are even) will I have any advantage to play by betting?
Is there any books that you recommend that is related to and can be applied to this situation?
