bet spread question
Besides limiting one's spread because of bankroll size and heat, are there reasons to limit the bet spread?
When is it better to spread to two hands?
In a 6D H17 DA2 DAS game with ~75% pen I've seen a few TC +7 recently. I bet 1 unit for each TC with no maximum bet. Is this the way to do it?
