best card counting method for begginer and pro

what is the best card counting method for begginer and pro? i was thinking of starting with the KISS I,II,III then moving on to Hi-Lo once im good ( i heard that Hi-Lo was the best method)

is this a good plan? and is KISS a good card counting method? also is Hi-Lo the best method? if not what is?
