Using the hi-lo count method what is the most favorable BJ game (assume all factors such as penetration, bj payout, etc are favorable)? Single, Double, 6 Deck Shoe, More?

I prefer to play alone. Is it best to play head to head or two hands with Hi Lo?

What are thoughts on beginning a progression if the count is +5 or better?
