beginner card counter looking for good stores in Maryland/Virginia/Delaware

Hello everyone!!!! I am a new card counter and I'm looking for good stores in my area to practice. Are there any good stores in the Maryland/Virginia/Delaware area that has 2-6 deck with decent penetration. Im not looking to spread crazy, maybe just 1 to 5 base units.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated, this site has been a great resource for information!!!!

Should also clarify that I am hoping to keep the base unit to be below $25.
