Last week I was playing at Bally's Park Place in AC. I was using a small spread of 15-100$ in an 8 deck game. Only half way through the shoe, I placed a $50 bet and the dealer picked up the cards to shuffle (normal penatration is about 75%). I remarked that the cut card hadn't come out yet. At that point the pit person said if I lowered my bet back to $10, (my minimum bet was $15 not 10$) we could contine with this shoe, otherwise we would shuffle and start a new shoe. At that point I should have just got up and left I know, but I didn't. I remarked something about them wanting to steal everyones money and how they should just hand out envelopes for the people to mail in their money.
Next thing I know there was a security guy and a suit behind me wanting me to come with them. I refused and headed for the door. The suit ran around infront of me and snapped a picture using an old poleriod, that looked like one my dad used 30 years ago on vacations. He then stated that I was no longer welcome at bally's park place, wild west, or claridge casino. (all 3 casino's operate under Bally's park place licence), and that if I returned I would be arrested for tresspassing.
Since I know that AC can't ban advantage players, I asked why. I was told that I was creating a disturbance!
Is this legal?? should I appeal to the New jersey casino control?
I wouldn't care so much except that about 40% of my winnings in the last year and a hlf have been at this location.
what are the chances that if i just stay away for a few months and then play on a differnet shift (not using my comp card of course) that I will have problems?
I appreciate any imput
