Bankroll

Could someone please tell me what an acceptable starting bankroll is for a 6 - 8 deck game. The rules are DA2, LS, DAS, S17 and 75% penetration. Could someone also tell me what an acceptable bet spread would be for this type of game too given that start up bankroll.
