I'm not sure if this would be good, bad, or neutral for an AP. You should already know exactly when and why to raise your bet, and not, and by how much.
But knowing and feeling are not the same thing, and if left-brain spreading causes you right-brain stress, why not?
Be aware that both alcohol and acetaminophen are hepatotoxic and when taken together possibly more so, so if you drink when playing experimenting with this might not be good for you.
