If you are having problems at an online casino with cashing in.DO NOT threaten them with a chargeback.I did this at casino heat and one of the casinos in their group (casino extreme) denied me 200$ winnings, even though i had cashed in at casino extreme 2 weeks earlier.I have been barred from both casinos.Needless to say these are RTG casinos.

So if they are messing you around you must still be nice as pie with them.

They will use any excuse now to deny you winnings.
