Action Jack - looking for strategy

I have started playing in an Arizona casino at a modified Blackjack game called "Action Jack". Players take turn as dealers who doesn't have to stay at 17 or hit 16. If have come across any source of strategy (books, websites ...), please let me know. If you have played this game before, I would like to hear from you. Thanks. My email address is phxsun2001@yahoo.com.
