A really stupid question

Everyone keeps posting about 6/5 blackjack and that it's on par with SF21 as far as casino edge goes. Could someone explain what 6/5 is, I'm guessing BJ pays 6 to 5 and some of the rules are changed around. Can someone post what the rules for this game are as well as the house edge?
