$5 Tables in AC?

Where and when can I find $5 minimums in Atlantic City during the off-season? I'm a BS player and aspiring counter with a limited bankroll, and I'd like to be able to get as much play/ as much of a spread as possible. I've only ever seen $10 tables when I've gone down during the summer, but I assume that they lower the minimums during the winter. Thanks!
