21 plus 3 strategy?

Again I would like to say thanks for the advice.( Perfect BS last 2 trips and got back 30 units back!) I plan to be a green chipper soon. Question? 21 plus 3. Odds -3.24 BUT what if I only play it after 5 times that it doesn't hit on my spot had I bet. Odds now? Good strategy? If it hits during those 5 non-wagers I start the count again until 5 no win passes and then wager until I win? Make sense?
