Wong didn't want to archive it because of potential legal problems.
I offered to archive it, but we had some formatting problems with the data and it never went live.
I'm a bit more HTML savvy now so that would not be a problem, and I'm still willing to take on the legal hassle if enough counters get together and assemble such a list.
I'd prefer it to be free, as D's data was, but if a subscription model looks like it would get more people contributing in exchange for a cut that might be a good idea.
...a sympathetic surveillance guy could slip occaissional books and updates to a group set-up in an offshore 'info-haven' for posting at the a domain www.phukgriffin.info or some such... could be a subscriber service. G
