WPT all-in hold-em table game
The game I played is a table game not video. There were 3 bets per hand that could be made. The first was an ante, minimum of $3, and you play against the dealer. If you decide to play after your first 2 cards you bet either 5X or 10x your ante. If you bet 5X, the dealer's value of his 2 cards must equal 13 or more or be a pair to qualify. If you bet 10X, his cards must equal 17 or be a pair to qualify. The 13 or 17 is figured using a BJ count (A2 is 13). If the dealer doesn't qulify you win your ante and you don't compete against the dealer. If the dealer qualfies, there is no more betting and the dealer deals the remaining 5 cards. If your hand beats the dealer, you win your ante plus your 5X or 10X bet.
The second and third bets are optional bets. The second bet is paid on the result of the 7 cards compared to a table. The highest pay is 500 to 1 for a royal and,I think, 2 to 1 for 3 of a kind and varying amounts for hands in between. A full house is 10 to 1.
The third bet is a table payoff based on your first 2 cards. I think a pair of red aces paid 75 to 1 and 2 cards same suit paid even money with different payoffs in between. This bet didn't seem like a good one based on a several hour observation as was the 10x bet of the ante which upped the dealer's qualifying number to 17.
