Do you guys think that the Wong Halves is a little bit outdated and should replaced with RAPC?
RAPC can archive 1.0 BC
but Halves can only get .99 BC

The difference is negligible. Realistically, the actual gain between multi-level counts and a well executed level one count in today's game is negligible too.
