what would the win rate in dollars per hour be with ko for 6 deck s17 das with fair penetration (1 1/2 decks cut off ) for the following bets?
$ 10 minimum with 1 to 8 ramp from running count -4 to +2 ev.62%
$ 10 minimum with 1 to 10 ramp from running count -4 to +4
$ 10 minimum with 1 to 12 ramp from running count -4 to +6
$ 15 minimum with same 3 options above
I also am not sure if the ramping is correct ?
