One of the first times I went into a casino (20 years ago) , I was 22 and very naive. I had no idea what counting cards was. I was a typical ploppy.
Here I am at 3 AM playing blackjack. I'm up maybe $70 and have a $20 bet out. I received hard 19 while at the same time a pit boss came over for innocent conversation. Distracted and tired, I signaled for a hit. The dealer hit my 19 and quickly scooped up the money. The pit boss said nothing. I didn't know enough to complain.
As far as I am concerned, it is always open season on Casinos.
