Why does it now take an act of Congress to get a lunch comp at Caesars?

What idiot bean counter is behind the new policy at Caesars that requires the pit boss to get hold of a host for even the simplest lunch comp? The pit bosses shuffle around embarrassed for half an hour, dialing and redialing hosts who never answer, and trying to explain why they can't treat you to the noodle house after you just lost ten grand.

Speaking of noodle house/bar, here is a test of you guys' IQs about the noodle-hassle-free casino. Which casino gives away noodle comps easily to its players without charging their comp accounts? This casino doesn't go through the whole 9 yards to give out noodle comps; all it does is to give a pass with date & time stamped on it. The comped player takes the pass, heads to the noodle bar, presents the pass to a waiter at the noodle bar, and enjoys some yummy noodles. Hints: not Bellagio, MGM, nor CAESARS, lol.

They say that this guy Jimenez has totally ruined the place. He is from Atlantic City and has that Atlantic City mentality. I assume this guy will be gone soon. He has run the hotel into the ground. They are doing terrible business since this guy has implemented all these cost-cutting moves. This guy is equally unpopular with customers and employees. He is very popular with other hotels because he has chased many high-rollers to other properties. This guy is the laughing stock of Vegas.
