Get yourself a copy of CBJN. What is actually the best game out there might not be the best for you. So many other factors have to be taken into consideration like bankroll size, crowded conditions, heat etc.
Fine Tuner lists the best games in Vegas based on SCORE and the info in CBJN once a month. He posts this on the Vegas page of Green Chip each month.
Some of the BEST games I've seen are in places you don't even think about
Best I have seen was single deck, DOA, DAS, RSA, dealt to last card. I calculated close to .02 player advantage off the top. Was at Our Lady of Mt Carmel Italian Festival last summer. I think the parish priest may have been dealing seconds though. lol
