Going back to Vegas after a couple year lapse. Google sites indicate it's 6 to 5 most everywhere now, very few single deck games and if you find one the house rules make it a poor game. Any suggestions on where to find a decent game? Thanks much.
the monthly CBJN issue and Green Chip monthly report by Fine Tuner on Vegas casino ratings. A small price to pay for a wealth of information. Do it now dude things change fast.
Prefer to play a $5 minimum table- if those are still around - and the less decks the better (of course) and 3 to 2, definately not 6 to 5. I will be staying at the Golden Nugget, so downtown casinos are definately not out of the question. thanks
Very nice place. Played it twice. No apparent heat although they had my gonads in a vice for the first session. Second time I didn't use a lot of cover and still had no problems and got most of my loss back.
I mostly play on the strip just because I go for other things besides the gaming when I go. If you want a decent 6 deck game I would suggest the Mirage or MGM. The double deck at the Mirage is pretty good and is usually 25 dollars min during non busy times. I haven't played at Treasure Island but I understand their double deck is 25 min as well. A lot of the other double deck games on the strip are probably going to be about 50 min which is over my head. If you want a low min game you may want to try palace station for their double deck or 6 deck. Good luck and good cards.
Downtown or if you didn't mind playing off the strip you may want to try some station casino's. At palace station they even have 3 dollar minimum tables. You won't find any playable 5 dollar tables on the strip ever even during off peak hours. Mostly eight deck and just not worth your time.
