Where can I find Wong's 2 deck hi-lo indices? (nt)
Use his 4 deck indices in "Professional Blackjack."
has the I18 and Fab 4 for all numbers of decks, including two. But it doesn't have a full set of indices.
I agree with Fine Tuner. Use the 4-deck indices from "Pro BJ." They're close enough.
