Try Stanford Wong's Blackjack Count Analyzer. It runs for $75, and can compute indices for any count system you design. It also allows you to run simulations using whatever counting system you want, with different betting systems (although it does not allow use of an ace sidecount).
I don't know of any websites that compute them, but if you are diligent, you can compute them algebraically.

...but so far my combinatorial algorithm either needs 300 MB of RAM or takes a century to finish. I guess I don't have the Math Fu to figure out a shortcut.
