I think it would be better to wait until people get registered so that we have an audience to tell to. Right now, most people won't be able to access.

In a couple days we will be sending out an email to our email list describing what is going on and inviting them to come sign up. The email will have some background as to the changes. It will also prompt many sign ups. Once that is done, I think a formal announcement is called for and will be most effective.

I left BJ21 six months ago because of the level of crap that was getting around.

These changes may well prompt me to come back and contribute. Well done.

Glad you took the time to resist implementing some of the drastic changes that were suggested in process for a better BJ21. I have to admit that the trash page had a very attractive 'tabula rasa' look for many days. Now let's get busy so those smug b******s on the other site don't all suffer broken arms patting themselves on their backs.

I think it would be permissible to promote green page information on the free board portal. Maybe something like "regional information and special topics are available on Green Chip. e-mail the site administrator for information on a trial membership."

You have to have something to do to fill the days now that the ballasts have been blown and you are manning the bridge, no?

On the successful re-opening of the BJ21 Free Page.

I haven't posted on this page since February of this year. At that time, some of us were very unhappy with the page, and I basically voted with my feet (or should I say "with my mouse") and stopped posting.

But I know that you are taking steps to improve the Free Pages, so I have decided to give it another try. I would rather be part of the solution than part of the problem.

Give us back the east

Looking forward to a much higher signal to noise ratio...
