Lovely icy wind off the ocean -- you know, the "lazy" wind -- the kind that's too lazy to go around you; so it goes right through you.
But it'll be an even colder day in Hell when Virginia sees it's first (legal) casino -- and, no, I don't know of any illegal ones.
Sorry, the closest are on the Cherokee reservation in North Carolina and in Atlantic City, neither of which, IMHO, are worth the trip.
