I'm looking for the best place in Las Vegas to attain Diamond in a Day at Harrah's properties (not sure if its still 1/$10 coin in on these?) 3000 points in a day are needed. Any suggestions? Thanks.

and takes $45 to earn one point. Just so you know you're going to be fading an almost 2% disadvantage. $45 x 4000 points = $180K coin-in times 2% is $3600 in minus EV you'll give up. The regular video BJ (in VP machines) is only $10 per point but BJ pays even money and you often can't double down, split, or surrender.
Either earn it at full pay video poker or playing video blackjack elsewhere.
I made Diamond (11,000 points) in 2 months playing 9/6 JOB. House edge is about 0.5% if played perfectly. Fair warning. The negative variance can be horrendous.
Avg bet of $400 will get you there in five hours (4,000 base RC's for Diamond in a Day). You can spread 1-2 and wong out/change tables at -1.5 and actually have an edge.
