Not yet....
For now, it's just the Horseshoe locations in Tunica, NW Indiana and Shreveport that Harrah's is taking over, and even that is not a done deal as the Federal Trade Commission wants to make sure Harrah's won't monopolize those markets. (Unless Harrah's runs 'em like Jack did, they won't--the old players will leave in droves.) The downtown Vegas 'Shoe is under separate owenership by Becky Binion Behnen, and is not part of the Harrah's deal--yet. However, Harrah's would like to buy the use of the Horseshoe brand in Vegas, but not the casino itself. Becky's run her old man's place into the ground, and it is in serious debt trouble--with Harrah's owning some of that debt.
