I've plenty of vegas room,ticket, f&b/credit offers and I probably can't consume them all. Is there a way to extract secondary value from these offers?

Can I transfer/sell my room comps? How? Do I need to be physically present at the time of accepting the offer?

Room comps are an invitation to stay at the hotel. The invitation usually goes out by US mail or email unless directly by your host. When you book other than by the host you usually will have to give a credit card to hold the reservation. It would be foolish to give a credit card that did not match the name on the reservation. The invitations are non transferable. When you check in your ID is required along with a credit card. Some casinos will take a cash deposit in lieu of a credit card. Once you get the keys then you can do as you like. If you get heat or kicked out and security is involved they could find out if you are a registered guest then check your room. If your "guests" are there they also could get kicked out and charged for the room at a much higher rate. Maybe like the rate posted on the back of one of the doors in the room. There is alot of legal stuff here and I'm not qualified about any of that. Food comps are much the same way. When paying the bill and charging to the room ID is usually required. Sometimes just using comps from the pit requires ID. The main point is that selling comps is risky.

Assume I'm going there with 5 friends and I've three offers. So, my aim is to split into three groups. I reserve rooms via host and then show my id, deposit cash or friend's credit card to get the keys.
I am assuming I need to show ID while consuming Resort credit-f&b. I can probably join my friends.
Heat is not a consideration as I am -EV player. I know what to count, but can't keep the count.
Shows: Say I get 6 tickets for the same show consuming 3 offers for 2 tickets. I can use them all, Do i need to present ID while consuming complimentary show tickets? Can i pals use my show tickets?
Last: What are promotional chips? How are they different from freeplay? Can i use them on banker-bacc? If not, best alternative?
get rooms with two beds and hand off the keys. You want one of your friends name on the room in case they have a key issue and need to go to the front desk. You can decide whether to give them charge priviliges or not.
