Valuing Match Play Coupons
How do you determine the value of a coupon? The example I have is a $10 match play coupon. If you buy insurance, I believe you would have to include 50% of the match play value. If you take late surrender, I'm not sure if they take the coupon or if they take your chip. What else do I consider when placing a value on these things?
